ADITUS Popcorn

Social cards for trade fairs, conferences and events Popcorn is made for sharing.

Social Cards that let visitors, exhibitors and speakers share your event.

“I’m going.” “We’re exhibiting here.” “I’m on stage there.” Popcorn turns this into personal Social Cards your attendees can share with their network. Created right after booking, in your event’s design.

The anticipation gets shared. The impact gets counted: you see which cards bring people to your event page.

Nothing to install for guests. One widget on your order confirmation is all it takes.

Book a demo

Smell popcorn, want popcorn.

Nobody eats popcorn in secret. The smell gives it away, and suddenly everyone wants a bag. A shared card works the same way: anticipation you can see makes people want your event.

  • Anticipation Purchase · Ticket booked, anticipation at its peak. Right then the widget appears on the order confirmation.
  • It crackles Card · Photo, name, company: your guest’s card is ready in seconds, in your event’s look.
  • Pop! Post · The card goes out to their network, text and hashtags already included.
  • The aroma spreads Click · Their contacts get a craving and follow the tracked link to your ticket shop.
  • Craving more New purchase · The conversion pixel attributes the booking to the post that triggered it.

Three steps. Zero design skills.

Data, designs and texts are ready and waiting. Your guests don’t design anything, they just pick and share.

  • Photo in. Done. Upload a selfie and the crop centres on the face automatically. Name, role and company come straight from the order, so nobody types twice.
  • Pick a look Several designs in your event’s branding, with motion if you like: as a GIF or video. Prefer it calm? “No animation” delivers a crisp still image.
  • Post like a pro The text is already written, and the preview shows the post just as it will appear on LinkedIn. Post it there or share it on another channel, whatever suits.

No empty start screen: three finished, animated example cards greet every guest. One look and everyone wants their own.

Going international? The widget speaks your guests’ language.

One photo. And suddenly it smiles back.

A single profile photo is all it takes: if guests want, it smiles, waves or nods on the card, timed to the card animation. In the feed it feels like a personal greeting, not an ad.

Only with explicit consent.

Before the first motion, the widget asks for permission. The photo is processed for it only after “Yes, please”. With “No, thanks” it stays a calm still image.

Each network gets what works there.

Guests never pick a file format. The widget decides per channel: files go to networks that accept uploads, all others receive the share link with its preview image.

Post directly to LinkedIn

After signing in with LinkedIn, the widget uploads the image, GIF or video as a native post. The guest sees the finished post and confirms it themselves.

Who else is attending?

After sharing, the widget shows other guests who shared their card too, on any network. Guests who posted directly to LinkedIn come first and can be connected with directly.

  • LinkedIn Native post with image, GIF or video
  • Instagram File for the app, image or video
  • XING Share link with preview image
  • X Share link with preview image
  • Facebook Share link with preview image
  • WhatsApp Video with text and link
  • E-mail Message with text and link
  • Download Image or GIF to save
  • Copy link Post text with share link

Your exhibitors' brand takes centre stage.

Exhibitors promote their own company on the card: logo, brand colours, claim and products, plus hall, booth and a promo code. Companies invite their customers and community to your event in their own look.

  • Company logo, big on the card
  • The company's brand colours and claim
  • Products and booth highlights
  • Hall, booth and promo code

Exhibitors manage their own invitations.

Through your event's exhibitor link, companies sign in with their LinkedIn account and get started right away. In their own portal they create campaigns, schedule posts for their whole team and see which channels bring guests.

  • Share the exhibitor link One link per event. Copy it, renew it or close sign-up in the studio.
  • Sign in with LinkedIn No password. LinkedIn only shares name, email address and profile picture; nothing is posted.
  • Create the company profile Add name, logo, hall and booth. The personal invitation link works immediately.
  • Campaigns per channel Separate links for newsletter, email signature, booth staff or website, with time window and template choice.
  • Post text and ticket code Their own suggested text and a voucher code guests see in the widget.
  • QR code and signature snippet For the booth and the email signature, straight from the portal.
  • Their own “We’re exhibiting!” card With company logo, hall and booth, prefilled from the company profile.
  • Team via link One team link for all colleagues, reusable, several LinkedIn accounts per company.
  • Results per link Opens, cards, shares, visits and purchases per campaign, without personal data.

Plan once. Your whole team shows up on LinkedIn.

The exhibitor plans a campaign centrally in the portal. Every selected colleague gets their own card, published on their own LinkedIn profile at the scheduled time. The employees themselves don't have to do anything.

  • Join the team with one link Colleagues join via the team link and connect their LinkedIn profile. Name and profile picture are taken over automatically.
  • Personal, not copy & paste Every card shows photo, name and job title. Placeholders insert first name, job title, hall and booth into each text.
  • On time and staggered Pick a time and you're done. Posts go out one after another, six minutes apart, instead of all at once.
  • Employees stay in control Posts are only published with explicit consent. Everyone sees their scheduled posts, can stop individual ones or withdraw consent.

From your website to a complete design suite.

Enter your event website. The Studio reads what defines your brand and automatically generates a complete suite of card designs from it.

  • Editor & brand kit Fine-tune every card down to the detail. Maintain it once, centrally, and every design follows. · Colours · Logos · Fonts
  • Your own imagery Your visual world on every card: your event’s motifs flow straight into the designs. · Motifs · Backgrounds
  • Placements Four ways onto your site. The configurator builds the embed code, you just copy it. · Popup · Inline · iframe · Script
  • Go-live check Before launch, the Studio checks everything that matters for shares and conversions. You start with confidence. · Templates · Target URL · Networks · Tracking
  • For developers Popcorn fits into your own stack, with an API, browser events and documentation. · REST API · JS events · Docs

Watch it pop: track visits and bookings.

Every shared link carries UTM parameters and the network it was shared on. Visits and purchases come together in one dashboard.

  • Tracked share links UTM parameters and network attribution for every post.
  • Conversion pixel Attributes new bookings in your ticket shop to the shared link.
  • Link previews 1200 × 630 pixels, even animated in Slack, Discord and Telegram.

Built for organisers who carry responsibility.

  • Consent first The living portrait is optional. Without explicit consent, nothing is generated for it.
  • The guest decides Nothing is published on LinkedIn until the person confirms the finished post.
  • Your brand, your rules You decide per placement which networks, features and audiences are active.
  • Sign-in without passwords Exhibitors sign in with LinkedIn. Only name, email address and profile picture are shared.

Answered briefly.

Where is the widget embedded?

Usually on your ticket shop’s order confirmation, as a popup or inline. An iframe or script loader works on any other page too.

Can I try the widget beforehand?

Yes. In the “Try it yourself” section you register with your name, business email and company. Once ADITUS has approved your request, the interactive preview unlocks in your browser.

Do guests need an account?

No. For a direct LinkedIn post they sign in with LinkedIn; every other channel works without signing in.

Can guests see who else is attending?

Yes, after sharing on any network. The widget shows other guests who also shared their card. Guests who posted directly to LinkedIn come first and can be connected with in one click. You decide per event whether guests agree with a checkbox or appear automatically, and you can remove individual entries in the Studio.

How much design work is involved?

The Studio generates a complete design suite from your website. You can then adjust every detail in the template editor.

Which audiences are supported?

Visitors, exhibitors and speakers, each with their own templates and suggested texts.

How do exhibitors sign in?

With their LinkedIn account through your event's exhibitor link. There is no password, and signing in never posts anything on LinkedIn.

Can exhibitors post on behalf of their employees?

Yes, if the employees agree. They connect their LinkedIn profile via the team link, after which the exhibitor schedules campaign posts for them. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Can we control exhibitor access?

Yes. You can close self sign-up, renew the link, block individual exhibitors and create access links for exhibitors you added.

Can I measure the impact?

Yes. Share links are tracked; visits and conversions appear with network attribution in the analytics dashboard.

Are there animations without a moving portrait?

Yes. Card animations work with any photo; the living portrait is an additional, voluntary option.

What does Popcorn cost?

The licence depends on the number of your events: Popcorn-Bag (1 event) €3,900, Popcorn-Bucket (up to 7) €9,900, Popcorn-Machine (unlimited) €19,900, each net per year. Attendees, shares, cards and users cost nothing extra, and every licence includes every feature.

Popcorn is made for sharing. So is your event.

We’ll show you Popcorn in the branding of your own event.
